I just got a Deviantart account and it's been nice to have somewhere to put my writing. I used to write fanfiction mainly and post it on fanfiction.net, but for the past few years I've written a lot of little pieces that don't really fit anywhere. I've stuffed them in boxes or left them in notebooks and forgotten about them. But there's something really satisfying about putting them on the internet, like I've released them into the world and now I can just let them go. I don't feel so emotionally attatched to them then. If someone else can relate to my words then that's cool too.
